yesterday went watch a movie wif wenz.. Long Hu Men.. nice show... beta than the last time movie we watch together rite wenz? hahaha.. lucky is a nice show, if not she confirm gonna kill me.. hahaha...
den went to WestMall to haf dinner wif shan & chelsea.. so long nvr c my buddy!!! still as active as usual.. alot of ba gua from her.. hahaha... wif her around, there wont be short of joy & laughters... had BaliThai den went to Swensen for ice-cream.. share the earthquake.. shuang~ went hm at around 10+pm.. reach hm quite late.. & I didnt train for tat day.. too tired sia.. whole body too tired & veri suan from the exercise 2days ago... those 'after-effects' u know..
today manage to force myself to go run.. dun feel like go for the run but manage to force myself to run.. run quite late.. 7+ 8pm den run.. quite shiok to run at nite too.. timing not bad.. 6rounds 9mins... hahaha.. happy.. but I tink next week gonna try 7 rounds cos the park's 1 round is like quite small compare to the stadium one...
